Questions & Comments
Not angry at all? I'm cautious and a bit concerned, the item that is being listed? You stated the phone was unlock that means that a phone can be used with multiple providers has nothing to do with some kind of special service at the phone has. People will assume that they can use this for my guess would be sprint Verizon mobile in any other CDMA provider cuz you said it was unlocked. I want to verify with you that your not providing tracking? I have no way of really knowing that this item is being sent out then? If you do send it I could just say I didn't receive it and you have no proof because you have no tracking to provide showing that it was sent. For your own security I'm just trying to be helpful, in the fact of understanding what it is you're really trying to provide for us who are interested in the phone if you want to block me that's fine! but people should have a right to know what it is exactly you're willing to provide for this
Okay I see what you're saying. I should probably get tracking on it then. I don't know what provider it is. And even if I do provide tracking, then why can't the buyer resell it on here if the buyer can't use the phone? Or for real money on eBay or something.
So let me get this straight? You will not provide tracking for this item? You also say it's unlocked, but don't know the last service provider was? And you can't prove it's unlocked? So befor i bid can you, tell all of us looking at this phone. How will we know you are really going to mail a unlocked phone? If you do send it, what's stoping the winner from keeping the phone and say they never got it? And what if it is not unlocked? That means you falsified the item listed, and they get to keep the phone and your credit still? Thank you
holy heck what're you so angry about? okay so when I say it's unlocked, I mean you have to connect it to iTunes to activate it. I don't know what service provider it is because I never used it. Honestly, I found it at Costco a few years ago and I had used it for lame purposes and I don't know how it came to have to get connected to iTunes.
Ok to help out I worked for apple its a 3g/3gs iPhone that cane in either 8/16/32 gig and they were gsm phones that worked with sim cards even being unlocked it want work on CDMA company's like Verizon or sprint it will on at&t if unlocked T-Mobile simple mobile net 10 straight talk red pocket its gsm company's that uses sims not on Verizon or sprint phones and being a older iPhone the carrier its on will unlock it being its a older iPhone hope this helps y'all out
You guys are being real hostile towards skeletonwar. He doesn't know if the phone is "unlocked" as in being able to work with carriers via sim card. He thinks you guys are saying "unlocked" as in it has a passcode on it. So obviously he keeps telling you it needs to be connected to iTunes because of the reason I just stated. He doesn't know anything about what carriers it can be used with so you if you are really concerned, THEN DON'T BID. Also if you are the kind of dishonest person who will receive this item and say you didn't get it just because no tracking # was provided, then you are the scum of the Earth. But Skeletonwar you really should just ship this with a tracking number. There's no telling what kind of soulless people you'll run into on this site. Only here to clear up what I see is confusing both sides. I hope whoever wins this enjoys it and that both parties (winner and seller) are satisfied. Thanks! Fan me, I fan back.
U do know that when u go to ship this u will get free tracking any package 3/4 inch or more thick automatically gets free tracking number....just saying
That isn't how this site works. People bid on things they want and can use as for seller it to someone else if it doesn't work. That isn't there job to sell to another. If it is t what you say it is then they will return it and you can sell for cash somewhere else and they get there credits back because you didn't list it properly. Be sure of what you have before you list it and hope someone else will deal with what you can't. If you don't know about it you should research it then list it. You should also provide the IMEI number from the phone and you or anyone can look it up to find out if it's unlocked.
Nothing is stopping them, but it is hurting your potential to earn more credits. As of right now the bid is at about 5 bucks give or take. I and other people would want to bid more on a phone we know the provider. Not knowing we will bid less and gain more for reselling to people with knowing the provider.
To make sure you get the most bids and credits from your listings, please add more information about your item. Details such as the make, model number, condition, and any known issues will really help you get more credits. This also reduces the number of questions that your bidders have to ask.
For the best possible results, you should also post a non-blurry, close-up picture of the item in your possession instead of using a stock photo (a commercial photo taken by the manufacturer). We recommend photos of your item powered on, powered off, and of the back and sides. All of the pictures should be taken with the same background. We also highly recommend writing your Listia username on a piece of paper, and placing it right next to your item in your pictures. Doing so will help bidders know that you really have the item in your possession.
All of this will prevent your listing from getting flagged by other users. The last thing we want is for your listing to get deleted!
Thanks for your cooperation and we hope you hit the jackpot with this listing!
