Brand new in pacakge..Netted wig cap. better than the nylon stocking ones.. , as this lets the head breathe.. this is also great for weaving and frosting the hair as you can pull it out in smaller sections...does not confine hair and head so its not as hot as those nylon type wig caps.. if yu wear a wig, you know exactly what I mean.. the color of the wig cap is black, the color does not show thru wigs.. this is the last one we have for a while, till our next shipment arrives and that could be weeks or even a month or more..

Can be worn under any wig for a more secure fit and will protect your own head and hair..
Just hand wash in any detergent ..and rinse in fabric softner and it will help to stop static in wigs.

We suggest putting it in a bit of fabric softner to stop any static that may happen..

it weighs about 3 ounces without the packaging I think, I could remove the packaging to ship it.! if we add many more credits to this for winning it... I could put up a get it now as long as there are not other bids...

could it not lay flat and fit in an envelope like most others do they then put it between two pieces of cereal box cardboard slip in envelope so it passes as regular letter mail in that case the cost is exactly 1.20 to 1.80 for heavier envelopes,,,
the price they gave you was based on sending it as a package not as letter mail,,even if you cant i still want to share this helpful info with you,, i get over 150 US Shipments per year plus i send another 10 min per year to the US ON TOP WHAT US Members ship to me,, ,, the only time i ever got a item that cost more than 2.40 was when i won a large travel mug the lady also maked it as merchandise rather than gift,, she spent way too much BUT Her package was a large box ,, gift is also cheaper , shes have cut her cost in half,,in packages,in letter mail it doesnt need marking at all ,, this is not a hair net i realize but i was sent 20 in a bundle in envelope lady spent 1. 35

Hmmmm.. I have never had anything shipped even in an envelope that was only 1.20.
I can put it in a piece of plastic and ship it in an envelope...If I dont' have to go to the postal office as all my shipping is usa and goes thru my shipper for my company..
