Lamb's Ears is a low growing spreader with very fuzzy, pale, silvery gray-green foliage. They are grown primarily for the color and texture of their foliage, although the species does have flower spikes early in the season. Lamb's Ears are often recommended for children's gardens because of their soft feel.

A Word of Caution: Lamb's Ear can be invasive in warmer climates and very hard to eradicate. Check with your local DEC or Cooperative Extension before planting. I'm in Zone 5 and they're not invasive here. Now the creeping verbena is another matter, Lol!!

so these are the low growers? I had a garden in michigan with them in the middle and back ground and they were waiste high. setting shorter more colorfull plants in patter in front and around the bushes set of the soft silver white, and everyone commented on the fuzzy leaves.. was georgeous. Fanned and watching plz fan back
