Nice flattened elongated souvenir penny from Barstow Station in Barstow California. This is a famous stop along I15 from Southern California, on the way to Las Vegas. It is a popular stop for bathroom breaks, snacks & souvenirs. Built like a railroad train station, with actual train cars turned into dining areas & shops. It is also located along Route 66.
The image is of a train car that reads "Barstow" across the side of it. It also reads "Barstow Station" across the top and "California" across the bottom.
The penny used for this design is an uncirculated 1974 copper penny.
