You only get five if you use Get It Now to buy them, or the bidding reaches a similar level of credits. Otherwise, winner gets one, 2 at 1,100 credits, three at 1,600 credits, four at 2,100 credits or more. This is called a "tiered" listing, what you win depends on how many credits are the winning bid.
