This is a leopard print white, black, and different shades of blue dress. I tried to get a picture of the different blues but it just doesn't do it justice. This dress is so beautiful in person! I had bought this dress in hopes to wear it to my baby shower, but I had to move the date and I don't think it will fit correctly by then...so this dress is new without tags and I've only tried it on after I bought it. This is a very silky and soft dress made of 65% silk and 35% polyester. It is long, stretchy, and has elastic in the middle which is why I say it can fit a size medium also. The shoulder straps have matching pull strings in them so that you can adjust the width of the shoulder straps. I have included pictures of the full dress, the elastic in the middle, the shoulder, and the colors of the dress.

I measured the front from seam to seam with the elastic stretched out and it measured between 18 1/2 and 19 inches. I hope that helps.
