This is a Love Token cut on the front of a 90% silver Seated Liberty Dime... This kind of love token was big in the Civil War ,,made by folks fighting the war in there down time or they were gave to people going off to fight the war for luck or just a reminder of someone back home.... But this is 100% real ,, the cuts on it are very old it has the wear that it should for have been made 150 plus years ago... i have had this coin for 20 plus years,, i have took really good care of it,, it meant something to someone ....
