New. Size 9-13. First off I bought 2 sets. The other I sold on here a while back. At the time I thought they were knee highs, and women's socks. Turns out as far as I know they are men's, and definitely not knee highs. So, my big mistake can be your nerdy husbands awesome Christmas gift. These may work for women too. Don't quote me, I don't wear crew socks so. I am getting rid of them!
