This is a Coffee Table Book in Hardcover published in 1991.The author is Collette Peters.It is in mint condition like it just now came from the bookstore.165 pages
There are step-by-step instructions for 34 of her most gorgeous and inventive cakes from simple to simply beautiful. there are recipes for chocolate and white cakes,
icings, fondant, as well as constructing 2tier cakes
Shipping is free via USPS Media mail which is a little slower but I can not afford priority mail . The book is pretty heavy.
If bids go higher than 5000 I will put in a bonus hardcover book on cake decorating by Fay Gardner 136 pages.

You would never know that is not brand new. It was practically never touched.
It is beautiful. You can take the sleeve off and the cover is printed excatly like it.
