The listing, 10 Osage Orange / Bodark Seeds has ended.
This is a really cool tree! Osage (also called Bodark, horse apple, or hedge apple) grows fast yet is extremely dense and hardy.
The tree has many uses today including fence posts since they don't rot, tool handles, and even firewood. When burned, the wood actually gives off more BTUs than any other wood.
The Native Americans prized the tree for its springy qualities for their bows.
Over time, the harvested wood darkens into a beautiful dark orange color.
Happy bidding!
