I love this. How exactly does it adjust though? lol I've never had a ring like this..I wear a size 9/10. Would this adjust to that size?

In the second photo you can see a "sizer" that adjusts to your finger. I am actually unsure as to what all it will fit. I do know that it does look big on my size 7 finger
