Read carefully!It is partially rooted, I am not techy at all, you'll need to re root it. As you can see I did set it back to factory settings, but some apps will stop working due to partial rooting. The person who had it before me tried to root it to get the porn apps off of it that were on the tablet. Some apps on it are in Chinese so it is hard to tell what the negative apps are so you will want to root it and make it as you want it to be. It will be better than new once rooted. Lenovo has a lot of crap on it. .
As you can see from pictures it powers on and works.
I was given it without a charger, but it uses the same charger as most tablets - see pictures to see which charger you need.
