Is there missing stones in the necklace?. There's 2 little brown spots on it that look like it's missing some.

HI no missing stones that is just chain and it was up against naasty rusted neck chain in the bulk package I did a little cleaning and it is not the chain rusting it is transfer but the chain has a lot of nooks and crannies it needs a good soak in a gentle cleaner I cleaned it up some but my cataracts gice me troubles I also ma added photo for you to see it cleaned a little and my non bio endangering jewelry clear good on everything but pearls and opals
