How big is it? Is it just like a cape, or does it have sleeves? What is the fabric made of, cotton, wool, poly, etc?

You could say it looks like a hooded cape. Only Bigger. I would put it at 5 and a half to 6 feet long at most. It is made of 100% cotton.
