Pre-owned very pretty skirt.the tag is ripped out of it so it dosent say what size, but will fit a small or a medium.it is pretty stretchy. Waist measurements are 12 inches & still has stretch room.measurements from top to bottom are 21 inches. This is in very good Pre-owned condition. Thank you ;)
