It doesn't say, just "babies" so, I think it is just up to you what colors you would put on your little one. In my opinion, with the light purple and the heart design on one, I would lean more toward girls, but that is just me.

I am not home right now to look, but of course the purple then the next is white with design and then I can't remember for sure but think the pale pink is all over for 3rd pair and the last is white with design.
