I thought this paper on top of the eyeshadows was really special to the palette. What a beautiful back story behind this palette. By the way, the colors are even more majestic in person! It truly is gorgeous.

Meant to ask, are they shimmer or matte or both? Kinda look like shimmer, but hard to tell for sure. If only we could get our cameras to show the true beauty of makeup colors. Happy Holidays!!
