Everybody's body is a little different, so this is a good way to try them before laying out cash. I use them for when I get uncontrollable cravings for sweets, then I wear them to bed and the next day it is easier to resist the urge to give in to the sweets. Some use them to lose weight, but that doesn't work for me. Some people just use them to detox. Hope that helps.
