What are these beads made of? Real Amber? Glass? Plastic? What kind of clasp does it have?

NOT SURE, but they are not glass, and the clasp is made out of one of the beads and it twist together with that one bead, if looking at the necklace you cannot really tell where the clasp is. It's unique and very much prettier than the pictures show.
