Like new (never worn, but hand washed) Victoria's Secret size 38C underwire bra with padding! I grabbed the wrong size and didn't notice until I was hand washing the bra, so my mistake can be your gain! The colors of the bra are a beautiful lavender with delicate peach colored trim! You're welcome :) I guess they didn't always! The girl at my store told me about a year ago that they changed their policies & they are not allowed to deny any return. The bras have a date code on the labeling, so they go by that to determine the refund amount. I believe I got back 75% of the original price of the bra, which is way better than tossing it (or trying to fix it, for those of us not exactly talented in the repair department LOL)!

Did you know VS will accept returns for bras even if they've been washed & worn? Depending on how old the bra is, they MAY "pro-rate" your refund, but I bought one that fell apart after about 3 months & they gave me a refund. Being that yours was new, they would possibly have exchanged it for a new one. The girl at the store told me their corporate office wants everyone to be happy with their bras so they will not refuse returns for any reason!

Thank you! I didn't know that! This is the 2nd VS bra I've auctioned, because I bought 3, but only tried on 1. The 1 I tried on fit, so I grabbed 2 more, but I must've grabbed them from the wrong row in the drawer! I always hand wash bras before putting them in my lingerie drawer, so I washed them, dried them and put them away. I will never make that $120 mistake again, but I am thankful that someone else will get to wear them and I can use credits to get something else. Thank you very much for taking the time to share that information though! I never would've guessed that VS had such a lenient return policy!
