This is a set of three mystery 12 inch long embossing folders by Darice. Will they include the folders in the pictures above? The 12 inch folders are now retired, so this might be your only chance to own them! One reason these are so popular is because the big scrapbook papers are 12 x 12 inches. You can use a 6 inch pad and just slide the folder up to the place you last embossed if you don't own a 12 inch long platform. I will allow you to request a 12 inch long folder, and will substitute it for one I had planned to send---upon request! Please don't ask me to list all the folders I have. But, because these are retired, they'll become harder to find. So, if you are thinking of investing in 12 inch folders don't delay! I'm away from home as I program this in, so I can't check, but I reserve the right to also substitute one of the Cuttlebug 12 inch folders if I have to in order to make a lot of three different folders.

Using embossing folders really adds special dimension to your crafting. These can be used for scrapbooking, embellishing, card making, or more. It can help add texture and style to your paper and cardstock projects. These folders fit most embossing machines. It works best with heavy weight cardstock. I suggest searching the internet for Tim Holtz's site as a "how to" site. It's linked to many you-tube videos. Tim Holtz also sells a sander (which I do not include in the auction) which can make the embossing "pop." This should work in most popular embossing machines.
