Beech Aircraft Corporation C-45, I took this twilight photo in 1989 at the Minnesota Air National Guard Museum on the 133rd Airlift Wing Minnesota Air National Guard Base at Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport in Minneapolis. I have been going to airshows since 1978. Over the last 28 years, I have been a Minnesota Air National Guard Museum Volunteer. The museum has been in existence for 31 years. I am one of four volunteers who have been around the museum more than 25 years. I was never in military service due to my asthma. I have studied aviation and military history for the last 40 + years since I was a freshman in in a military high school in the US Army Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps Program. 99.9% of our volunteer are retired military and they consider me to be a walking encyclopedia.
