used nintendo ds lite as shown, screen gas scratches, however it doesn't affect the play at all! this one has a charging port problem..it does charge though if you wiggle the plug. it completely works and kids can have hours of fun on it! this item is as is and does not come with a charger, but will be fully charged on arrival. easy fix!
