Hello fellow Listia’s this listing is for a P and D set = 2 rolls of the lp-2 or some call this one log splitter, better known as Lincoln formative years. These are federal U.S.A. mint wrapped rolls. The white box collectors sets. I do not have the box, just these 2 rolls, these are getting very hard to get. The P mint rolls of this set is popular for the many mint errors found on these coins, the main one ( error ) has been called the extra finger.
So lots of these sets were opened and the p rolls searched for errors.
These are very nice looking coins, seems like a little toning is evident.
The P roll is heads/heads, the D roll is heads/tails.

you know there has to be an a........hole everywhere one goes..they have to talk like that because of their own insecurities, this nasty person left the potty mouth comment on my friends auction, i copied and pasted it so all can know this person, just in case any of you and me have the #&(^#@ bid on our auctions..i reported him also blocked him..he needs to go to utube, that is where all the kids play!!

well, good question, i would leave them intact..would be worth more in the long run..just my opinion..chances are you may find an error, but then if you do open you can sell the coins and be able to list as mint roll cents,,so hmmmmmmmmm?
