This comes with 2 liquid fill tanks both are NEW have never been used both tanks are rebuildable not like the CE4 starter kits that are not. HI again J yes its a good set up the ego is 1100mAH and both tanks are really good to use but if you want cloud makers you need a mod box or a vv or vw in a pen type if you like the pen batteries. even though you can get some of the smaller ones to make a cloud if you can draw in enough vapor. thanks ZANE

HI Masha yes this is for the liquid stuff e-liquid and yes you charge it up to use and no the charge does not last forever or the juice in the tank but if you are looking for a nice starter kit then this one is it all you need is the e-liquid to put in the tank. thanks ZANE

NO that is not what im saying what im saying is you already have a pen that is rated for 8.5 watts of power and this one is not rated for that much power its a step down from what you have what you need is a vv and a vw powered pen or a box mod but not this kind of a starter pen in fact if you like the pen types a smok zmax or tesla would do you to step up from what you have or a box mod rated above 10watts . thanks ZANE
