Another of the animals from The Dallas Zoo. This bird seems at home in its less than natural habitat. Living lawn ornaments, as I think of them. Pink fluff on a stick. I had to wait for it to break its cotton candy pose for quite a while.The original hung on my Grammy's wall til she passed. Now, it belongs to my mother, but I'll still share it with my friends on Listia!
Dry pastel (powdered pigment crayons) is my medium of choice.
