The listing, CREATE YOUR OWN CROSS STITCH PATTERN FROM ONE OF YOUR SNAPSHOTS has ended.

WINNER OF THIS AUCTION WILL BE ABLE TO SUBMIT A SNAPSHOT THEY WISH TO HAVE MADE INTO A CROSS STITCH PATTERN

This snapshot may be of a person, family, pet, event, scenery, etc. It is totally up to the winner as long as it is not a copyrighted photograph.

The pattern will show to be created by the winner as they are the owner of the snapshot. It will be copyrighted to me on the date in which I complete the pattern because I am the one that produces the pattern and that is what I will hold the right to only.

The winner will be able to tell me approximately about what size they would like their final project size to come out to be and what size aida count they wish it to be figured on as well.

***PLEASE NOTE I CANNOT DO ANY COPYRIGHTED PHOTOS LIKE THOSE THAT COME FROM SCHOOL PHOTOS, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER UNLESS YOU SUBMIT TO ME A RELEASE FROM THEM IN WRITING.

The pattern will be created with PC Stitch 10. Each pattern has front cover page, black and white pattern with symbols, DMC list of Floss Needed, the number of stitches in each color of floss, the number of skeins needed and the symbol that goes with each color floss. Pattern may not be sold or copied without my express permission.

At the end of the auction I will send the winner my email address so they can email me the snapshot they are interested in and we can start discussing the pros and cons about the photo they have in mind. Sometimes it may take going through several snapshots to find the perfect one.

All Listia rules apply. I only mail to verified Listia addresses. Winners have 7 days from the end of auction to follow Listia instructions on getting me their address or they forfeit all credits they had bid on the item and I will relist it immediately.

No refunds for buyers remorse of any kind at any time.

Paper pattern will be mailed to the winner once all the decisions have been made.

Do you resell the picture anywhere else? Just wondering being you are copy writing it.

No I do not that is your personal picture and I do not reuse that pattern. But like the ad states for you to be able to resell it you need to get a signed statement from me because I will hold the copyright to the pattern itself. I will give you permission of course if you desire to do such a thing. But I cannot do anything that is a professional picture it must be a snapshot nothing from like a school picture or like the Wal-Mart photo studio or JCPenney.. etc.

Yes these are my rates per pattern broken by these amounts for GIN's: 0-5 pgs = 25,000 GIN; 6-10 = 30,000 GIN; 11-15 pgs = 35,000 GIN; 16 - 20 pgs = 40,000 GIN; 21 - 25 = 45,000 GIN; 26 - 30 pgs = 50,000 GIN; 31 - 35 pgs = 55,000 GIN and so on.
