My question is what condition the comic is in are pages falling out any stains on pages and what color are the pages

I do not ever give conditions of my comics.. simply because everyone has their own opinion.. I say near mint, someone complains because they think it's very fine.. I say excellent, someone complains that it is only very good.. as so on..

I have learned my lesson with giving condition grades on comics.. because everyone is a expert ....

but I can tell you about it for sure.. -> pages are all intact and not torn or loose.. no pen marks noticed, more of a off-white color.. not bright white, but not light tanned.. no stains noticed
