This is a very pretty sleeveless boutique dress by Rare, Too! It is a size 10.5 and made of celery green 100% nylon with a 100% Polyester sheer overlay with intricate pale green ribbon/embroidery design, satin-look empire waist band with front bow and long tie-back ribbons.

This dress is in overall VERY GOOD gently worn condition. Unfortunately it has a cut in the front of the empire waist band, shown in detailed picture #3 :( ...
otherwise this little dress is awesome, and looks SO pretty on!
