Thank you. That explains it beautifully. When I first started here, I saw that my response messages were doubled. Then I realized when I got my email, to not respond to it by clicking on the link, but rather by opening Listia and responding there. I only click on the email links when I'm fanning. lol Maybe that's why. They evidently don't share a response click email with their system to let them know. Just my opinion
