i believe its gold plated was given to me i was in a recent tornado six months today lost everything people have been giving so much cant remember wherei got it i have lost weight cant wear it but its very nice ring hope that helped:)

the way i did it was went alot higher than the others if it was say 23 i tried doing it a couple of times just a few points up then i jumped up to 51 and won hope that helps
