Description

The listing, LIVE PLANT!!! (Strawberry) has ended.

i purchased one pot of this strawberry plant from Lowes. And now they keep on growing so i wanted to share some of these sweet berries to my fellow Listians. You can see some roots sprouting on the runner. When they begin to root, i usually dip them to another pot filled with soil and let them root there, then i cut the stem when established.

I'm gonna send one (1) rooted plant to the winner. I'll wrap the roots in a wet towel sealed in a ziploc bag inside a padded envelope. I ship Live Plants on Mondays.

Sorry i haven't got a good picture of the blooms and berries. It was just recently that i decided to put it up on Listia and the fruits have all been consumed! =)

***I only send to those verified Listian members w/ shipping addresses set thru Listia.
***I only copy the addresses sent to me by Listia, so there's no reason that you won't receive your item.
***I don't send to PO box addresses anymore.
***If you want smooth transaction, then please follow simple instructions. Thank you!

I wish this was a few sprouts not just one, I love strawberry's, I was told you need at least 2 to 4 plants to get a good start on the crops, I have tried with just 1 plant and it did not bear any fruit or baby's, so after I went and bought another plant , Then it started getting fruit and baby's.

mine was just one potted plant that i bought from Lowe's. And eventually all the runners have rooted and now i have many strawberry plants that bear fruits and continue to grow and have babies.

i have in the past had several strawberry plants and at least a few came from a single plant. they are much slower for some reason but they do sprout babies and eventually grow fruits :)

thanks jenniferlauing. mine was really a small plant on a small pot. But, when i transferred it to a garden bed, it started to grow and you can see all the runners everywhere finding their own place to grow. =)
