Maybe an easier question. How long have you been growing this kale, and is it green.

I grew up eating Kale when nobody even knew what it was, and today it's a in fad thing.

I grow this kale every year, and it is just a very ordinary green kale. I wish I had a picture, but unfortunately I got pictures of the mustard and many more vegetables from garden--not the kale I buy large packages each year from a couple of local farm supply stores, and they rarely sell anything fancy, just the most basic vegetable seeds. Like you, I grew up eating kale, and favorite way was to mix it with several other greens.
