Julep Ink Gel Eye liner.
Would keep, but I have so many/much eye liners its kind of... A disorder! Lol. That and am not much of an artist when it comes to painting my face (Hello Filters!!!).

Comes with a brush brand new never used.

But, my bad it's not Julep (for all I know it could be better though!)

What do u mean by your comment "my bad, it's not Julep"? Is it not the item pictured or were u meaning you aren't good with make up and it's you, not julep... Sorry, just a lil confused.

The item is julep, the brush I am sending with it is not a Julep brush.
