Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having 10 or more monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn you can Special Summon 1 level 8 or higher Fairy Type monster from your hand or Graveyard, but its effects are negated, also its attack becomes 4000.
