Welcome to my auction! This is a SAFETY ORANGE dog harness/halter, size XS. From neck to tail it measures 8 inches. Its maximum chest measurement is 12" and maximum neck measurement is 8". I made it for my service dog to put his tags/patches on, but he outgrew it before he wore it! You can see his certification tag hanging on it in the pictures (not included). Plenty of room for service patches, and the orange color alerts people to the fact they are a service animal. Sturdy D-ring for attaching tags/leashes. Velcro is not sturdy enough for dogs that pull excellively, or aggressive dogs. Perfect for service animals. It is double-layered. Inside is white (see picture 4).
