This is an arris cable internet and phone modem no power cord but the unit is unused still in the box model dg1660 rear ports on the modem are power port, cable in port, usb out , eathernet out, phone jacks 1 and 2 for two seperate lines out for phone service

Is it reset with factory settings, as in the password (if there is one) is still the default password? This modem apparently is a bit slow according to MediaCom but it does work for their service - just got off phone with them.

Yea it will have a box in the middle of the power cord simaler to a laptop charger but with a diferent end that plugs into the back of the modem
