It is Silver in color. Any gold you see in the pictures is merely a reflection. :)

Is the reflection also due to look like stones are missing. Sometimes, i know with my pics, it apears that way, but not the case

Unfortunately, yes. There are no stones missing, and no wear or tarnishing on this at all. There is some variation in the coloring of the stones - a few are slightly yellowish.
