Does it need a new battey?

I just ordered it 2 weeks ago and the lady said it has a new battery in it. It hasn't been opened so it still has the plastic piece that keeps the battery from connecting and running down.

To be honest I'm not sure. I have the exact same watch on right now and I should know. I can tell u it feels like rubber. Very flexible and comfortable. I'll try to look on the website I ordered it from and let u know what it says.
