> Free shipping only in the USA.

> I usually ship once every 2 weeks and if it is sooner or later I will inform you through the auction. I use info through the shipping address tool on the auction page. If I don’t receive your address through this shipping tool within 7 days of auction end, I will relist the item, block you from future auctions, and retain the credits.

> I am happy to work with anyone who wins my items, so please resolve any problems with me personally before posting negative feedback to my account. Negatives affect business, and detract from this site’s enjoyment. I have a 100% positive rating on ebay and all other trading sites I am a member of, and would like to achieve the same here.

> I carefully package all items I ship out. Alert your post office, rather than me, to poor handling or outrageous delays.

> Difficult customers and suspected fraudulent dispute filers shall be blocked from future auctions. I will not respond to rude, accusatory or argumentative e-mails.

> I have nothing to gain but grief for purposely posting defective items. Any known defects shall be indicated in the description. Opinions differ on acceptability.
