Up until August of this year I was a fanatic about my listia. Unfortunately I encountered several health and peronal issues which resulted in some items getting delayed or yes I admit I returned some credits. Most where extremely understanding however I couldnt please everyone as we all know we have encountered those on here who are just mean. I am offering free shipping and I assure you Im not out to cheat anyone. I have still managed to keep a 98% rating.

Also, I wanted to say I'm sending you best wishes on your health issue's. I have a few myself and have also encountered a rude person or 2 on Listia. Life is what it is and some things are out of our control. I'm glad that you are well enough to be back.
