im her daughter in-law and i can witness that this gps does work because the last time it was used we used it to go to myrtle beach and it works great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there is no installation cd, didnt come with one
