BNIP This is a VERY nice compact organizer for medicines. It comes with a re-freezeable ice pack that is designed to be in the small zippered pocket on the outside for storing insulin. The larger pocket also has 2 zipper compartments in it, a small open pocket and an elastic holder, suitable for test strips or a medicine bottle.

Questions & Comments

Will this attach to a belt? I need something that will hold my insulen pump, glucagon kit, epipen and nitolingual spray.

This is more of a travel pack. It does not have a belt loop. I have some belt packs in my auctions that have several ways to attatch to a belt. They are not as insulated as this one, but you could get a small ice pack to fit those. Click on my name at the top and it will take you to my other listings. Thank you for looking at my auctions.
