where does the sound come out at? plus you know how much it is for the monthly service? I don't know nothing about these im new.

It sends sound to another radio which you tune to one of the frequencies you set on the XM.

Some car stereos are already set up to tune in to the frequency. If that's not the case there is a mini car Jack that plugs into the car stereo at one end and the other into the XM radio. These are roughly 5.00 with shipping on Amazon. There is also another little fruquency reader you can get I'm not sure what its called. Pretty much depends on your car stereo set up.
