This is NOT a fancy nice ipod touch. I bought it off of ebay and it wasnt what i thought it was either. It does hold music and pictures and numbers, games, that stuff. no apps though. I put music on it and listened to it like 3 times and its been put away after that. With the mp3 player you can choose to have the music on there already or I can delete all of the. You will also get a gel cover, usb cord, pouch to hold it in, and users manual. This will all come in the original box. I do not have ear phones for it, but it has a built in speaker so you do need ear phones. this is a great steal. You will be receiving it charged!! happy bidding!

this is a cheapy mp3 that just looks nice. it works great though. I only paid like $6 for it. so whoever wins, when you recieve this in the mail please dont be dissapointed

I have one of these, I never used the app thing either and i had over 200 songs on mine plus videos and there was still room for more... its good for what your getting, hope you get lots of bids....

Funny that it does not hold apps...I see an applications folder on the screen...Are you sure you do not have to sign up to a wireless carrier for this...

its not a phone. I have never put apps on it. i havent really played with it. i put music on it listened to it a few times, then put it away.
