for sure, for sire..........but also the intrinsic numismatic value bestowed upon this rare specimen of a 1995 lincoln one cent piece would depend on the beholder`s current state of mind which, would in most probability, outweigh it`s current face value.

I know. I just wanted to know if someone wanted to take this and other things to get them appraised and likely get their money out of it in return.

Take note that I have been holding it in my hands and the dirt came off of it and I need environmental detail on how to catch a photo of the coin. The value I'm looking for on it is on the head of it only.

usually the dated side, or obverse, of a coin lends to it`s overall worth, but unless the reverse of this particular penny has a wheat back or some other depicted scene of lincoln`s life, other than the lincoln memorial building, i would have to assume that, unless graded by a professional grading company, it`s probably, in all honesty, only monetary value would be 10 mills. also cleaning this coin in any way, shape or form would depreciate the current value even further.

i was going to trouble you with photographing the reverse. no i am not and expert on grading coins, just a collector. you`ll never know the true value of a coin, unless you research it. hope you do well with the bidding.

i can`t really tell from the revised photos, if you mean double struck. if that`s the case, you might have found an error coin with considerable more value.

I downloaded that last picture and enlarged it and it sure looks like one of those $50. double die errors to me! nice link too on your facebook page to all the US errors, lots I didn't know about! This rare penny should go for at least a bazillion credits!
