These are very cute, after the prject is finished did you sugar starch it or dip them in heavy starch?

I use a mixture of fabric stiffener and water .I've been told some people use white glue and water too but I've found over the years that my mixture holds up much better at holding the shape even in very humid temps and it doesn't yellow like sugar or glue over time.
