This is a another one of my selfie sticks. This time, no GIN to interrupt bidding (and because I'm now hoping for greater than 22,000 credits :-). I'm reusing photos from the black selfie auction, because they are identical. I have more because my idea was to give them as Xmas gifts but then thought I should give what relatives asked for instead...

New in sealed plastic bag, a black wired selfie stick extendable folding with remote shutter. It's for any Android 3.0 + and iOS 4.0 + phones.

To get a camera or tablet to work, I believe it has to be 8.5 cm or less high and at least 5.5 cm. Those latter two categories of devices will work of course using the time shutter capability. Your device might also have a remote bluetooth accessory which you can buy and tape to the stick.

The camera mount is a separate part and might be replaced by a dedicated tablet mounter available on Amazon and eBay, although all the images only show tripods.

How to work it:

- Attach your smartphone to the stick's retractable head.
- Extend the stick to proper distance.
- Insert the wire's plug into the audio jack of your phone (and maybe tablet?).
- Shoot away by pressing the button on the stick and the stick will transmit your command to your cell phone via the wire.
- If the selfie stick button is not working it is probably that the plug hasn't been pushed hard enough into the audio jack and still sticks out a bit.
