Yes I make them out of construction paper and then connect them to a tooth pick to stick in the cupcakes. My son loved his cake and his friends did too . They pulled them out and tossed them to the side just to get to the good stuff. Cake. I got the affect I wanted , he got the theme he wanted and at the end of the day everyone was happy.
