No, unfortunately they will not fit, I tried measuring them in a small rate box, the width is more than the width of the small rate box.

No it doesn't, I checked & the width is more than the small rate box...Yes I can take postal money orders...I didn't consider it before because of the wait. But I'm willing to accommodate. : )
